So what does this all mean? We are in a market that is ever evolving, right now inventory is low but normally after March Break the listings will increase. I would like to stress normally – because as I first said we are in a market that is ever evolving. I do know gone are the days of that special deal, pricing right now is at market expectancy; due to current low inventory you may find one or two homes that have gone over list price but overall if the home is priced right it will sell.
